Greencor was contracted by our new home builder and they were great to work with. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We have chosen to do a few upgrades since and Greencor was our obvious choice.

The customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen. Karen is a true Karen. She will not work with your schedule to make a proper appointment. It has been weeks. The one time she emailed me to ask if I was available, it was very unreasonable because I was at work and did not get the email on time and even though I was not able to respond to tell her I was not available, two hours after the email, the doorbell camera showed the technician showing up at my home and I was not there.
