We used Gerard and his team at Greencor to complete our electrical work at one of our recent renovation projects. Gerard and his team at Greencor were excellent to work with: they were very attentive to detail, well organized, good mannered, and great communicators. The customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen. Karen is a true Karen. She will not work with your schedule to make a proper appointment. It has been weeks. The one time she emailed me to ask if I was available, it was very unreasonable because I was at work and did not get the email on time and even though I was not able to respond to tell her I was not available, two hours after the email, the doorbell camera showed the technician showing up at my home and I was not there. Gerard & crew helped complete electric rough-in & final installations of fixtures/alarms/outlets/light switches for our finished basement. Team always came on time & were really helpful throughout. They even lent temporary lights for free for a few weeks while the basement was being finished, which turned out to be a lifesaver for us. Just above and beyond to make their customers happy. Couldn't recommend them more, will surely use their services in the future.
