Haven't run into anyone who works there, from the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctors, that aren't friendly, compassionate and helpful.
One of the kindest and most supportive teams I have had the pleasure of meeting! (I work in healthcare, this is so important!) Our family has brought our fur babies to this practice my whole life!
Been taking my pets there for a few years now. This past January I had to put my beautiful fur baby , Sadie down. They were kind , compassionate and caring. They've always been great about explaining everything they are going to do and why. I am very pleased with their service. However .... there is one employee there that works behind the desk that could use some lessons in customer service. Very rude , very condescending and just not good with the public. I will be taking all of my pets here from now on. I had a goat emergency yesterday and Dr. Oliver saved her. She was at deaths door and she is now doing good. I will never be able to thank the staff enough for saving her life. My goats are my fur babies.
My first trip there on June 6, 2017, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had brought my two new goats. Then catastrophy hit in the parking lot...I dropped the leash of one and the other leaped out of my truck. With, it seemed like, half the staff and myself and kids and a few bystanders we were successful in rounding them up safely. The staff are angels for helping and so was everyone involved. THANK YOU!!!
