My daughter took her dog to this clinic. She asked if the veterinarian could examine the dog before having immunization and it’s toenails trimmed. My daughter knew that the dog had a severe medical condition. Instead the staff gave the dog the immunization and trimmed its toenails. When the veterinarian saw the dog my daughter was informed the dog needed to be euthanized. Cost of visit $126. She was then told she would need to take her dog somewhere else to be euthanized. RecommendedA lot of these reviews are not for the clinic in Greencastle, IN. For example, we do not have a Dr Miller and we do not do horses.
Got put on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up and finding another vet. We've taken our pets there for everything for the past couple of years but our first emergency and we get sidelined. Unacceptable. Multiple seizures in a short period is potentially very serious and they acted like we are being hysterical first time parents!
Would give less if I could.. .. I had a dog with a huge hole in is hip. They were too stupid to do a culture and it was cancer. Will NEVER use them again and haven't
Dr. Helmers was awesome and answered all my questions and he even asked me questions about my breed. My Bailey loved him and the staff was awesome! We can't wait to go back!
