A sign that greets you in the office says, "Chickens Welcome Here". While I am not afraid of going to the dentist, even if you are someone who experiences anxiety about visitng a dentist, Dr. Greenburg and his entire team will make you feel like you are amongst family. Patient needs ALWAYS come first and Dr. Greenburg is the most gentle dentist I have ever had experience with! I would absolutely recommend his office for any dental need.
Strongly recommend Dr. Greenburg. He has been my dentist for at least 10 years and is excellent in knowledge, treatment, attention to details, and bed side manners. All staff are dedicated, trustworthy and sincerely helpful. I have bi-annual cleanings with thorough dental examinations, annual teeth x-rays, have been fitted with a bridge and a couple of crowns. No dental insurance so cost is out of pocket. I have found that the costs are below what other local dentists charge, or at least comparable.
WOW! He is the BEST! Im the worst patient and he was wonderful. I was crying before I even got back and he made sure I was relaxed! My mouth is great, he work with my insurance 5 stars all around. The only down fall is business hours not open on Fridays or weekends!
Did my 4th set of upper and lower plates. I've had lots of time in the dentist's chair. He's the best dentist and fitted me with my best ever appliances ever! Price was right. Staff was cordial. Appointments were kept promptly. And Free parking! He and his staff are 5 star i my opinion.
I have seen Dr. Greenburg since I was a small child. With 1 exception, he is the only dentist I have gone to because I am so anxious about pain in my mouth. When my father's healthplan changed we had to go to another dentist and he was very harsh with me so I told my dad I wouldn't go to the dentist unless it was Dr. Greenburg. I am 77 years old. I got my first set of partial plates when I was 22. I have had 5 sets, averaging about 11 years. I broke my upper plate in January. On the recommendation of a friend I contacted Dr. Greenburg for an estimate of replacement cost. Before I left his office he gave me a full printed report of work to do and a complete estimate. Dr. Greenburg is the best in Jacksonville. I refer him to everyone I know. He is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to and I am a chicken.
Warm and friendly staff, always considerate. Dr. Greenburg goes out of his way to take care of us if there is an emergency - has even met us after hours. Dr. Greenburg explains everything well and gives good instructions about what next steps are that we need to take. Where there are alternatives, he will explain all and give you recommendation.
