They have made this experience much less scary. The facility offers private rooms and the staff are all so kind and patient. I was hesitant but I would recommend them to anyone who may be struggling with depression to reach out.
My medicine was late being ordered so I waited 2 hours for it to arrive, then at 10:30 they said I had to wait until 11:30 to get the treatment because it was past the first slot. I had to be in a chair for 4 hours total
The staff is truly amazing!
I started at Greenbrook in Nov of 2024 and everything was great. However, the office staff switched over to new people at the end of December and it's been a nightmare since. I've had to miss 5 treatments because they can't seem to get my weekly medication ordered in time. The treatment was really working when I was getting my treatments regularly. Update: I was promised a direct deposit of my refund and have yet to receive it as of June 2025. I was a patient at a location outside of Pittsburgh, PA June-July 2024. It has since closed. I am sharing my review of the company overall to warn customers about my experience with the Greenbrook TMS billing department, not this location specifically.
