The TMS therapy here was a real game-changer for my girlfriend! The staff, especially Alex the tech, were super friendly and accommodating. They let me come along for appointments which really helped with my girlfriend's anxiety. Alex was awesome, always making sure we felt comfortable and listening to our concerns. I had a great experience with my TMS treatment at Greenbrook New Tampa. It was a very smooth process from my initial consultation to the last treatment I received. My technician, Alex, assisted through out my 8 weeks of treatment. She was kind, attentive and communicative about all aspects of treatment.
