The inicial apointment was with the Dr. who was very patient in answering all my questions and I wss a science teacher. I did not feel rushed or intimidated. The earlier apointment time helped me get up and going in the morning which had been a problem for me. The staff were wonderful. They would talk to you if you needed them to and leave you alone if you wanted that. You could watch TV or read or play on your phone.
