Loved everyone so much!
Staff was incredible. Love working with them. The office is very calm, Well decorated and a pleasure to go to. I’m still trying to decide if it helped my depression. I have two situations that have come up a parent that’s in hospice and a break up. I’m not sure how I should evaluate my success if these events are happening in sync.
The staff were all exceptionally kind and supportive. Tyesha was warm and encouraging throughout my journey.
It is a commitment, but as someone who has tried 20+ years of talk therapy & prescription drugs, I've never had such results. I'm still me, and still have my issues, but I've found I am able to more easily work through them. I have many more good days and bad days seem to be few and far between.
