I wish i could give this place ZERO stars,I wholeheartedly hate I decided to renew here once again yet in a different building, from bringing my newborn baby home from the hospital to a wasp infested home(occurs in multiple units). Leading up to now our second unit and since end of January 2024 beginning February we havent had working air. 10 plus maintenance requests later being closed out, how if ***** has came out to my unit yet and still. Greenbrook Shelby Farms approved a move out date of July 30th. I asked more than once for a walk through date and further instructions. No answer was given to those inquiries. In September, a month and a half after I move into my new home, I get a text from Greenbrook stating they didn't even know I had moved. I sent them copies of the email exchange I had with them approving my move out date. Someone there didn't put in the move out date, I figured they would now fix it internally. The property looks good from the outside, but there is always a lot of trash everywhere, maintenance does not respond in a timely manner when it comes to heating and cooling issues and some of the staff are rude. I have had an open work order since 7/12, I have called, email, texted, left messages and been told someone would be servicing my unit, and no one has showed.
