Everyone at the office is incredibly kind and attentive. They constantly check on you throughout your treatment and make sure everything is perfect for each individual. Only complaint would be how cold it gets! Recommend bringing a jacket
The only bad part is having to get a ride to/from appointments.
When I arrived at Greenbrook TMS on March 11, I was depressed and angry, thinking I could not be helped by this treatment. I was very wrong. Early on in my 36-session treatment, I began to feel hope and enjoy colors and music again. Special shoutout to a few members of their staff: Techs Jasmine, Kenna, Emron; Supervisors Ami and Sarah; and wonderful Doctor Robert Rifkin. These people and a few others made my journey very comfortable and almost fun.
I have been really pleased with Greenbrook TMS in Creve Coeur. The doctor is very Responsive and caring and checks up on me. The text know what they’re doing and the system is basically foolproof. I’ve been through 23 sessions and I can tell I’m getting much better. I could not say anything better for this facility.
