If you are senior and have a medical issue DO NOT move here. They have a non-smoking policy but residents still smoke and you apartment will be full of smoke smell to the point you cannot breath and the office staff including the manager do nothing
Lived here for 8 years, everyone at the office is kind and responds to messages promptly. Neighbors are quiet and polite. Very convenient location near restaurants, shopping, gas, grocery stores etc.
I am content with the place so far! Close to all the places you will need: grocery stores, gas stations, coffee shops , etc. The area is nice and secured, and quiet. The apartment is neat and spacious. Nicole is awesome!!! Thank you Nicole for helping me with everything throughout my move. She responded to all my emails almost right away and answered all the questions for me. She seems very friendly and responsible.
I have lived here for almost two years. I live in the senior/disabled buildings. I love it here! The apartments are great. The office ladies are so nice and always stop and talk to me and they love seeing my dog. My neighbors are great. Maintenance requests get taken care of quickly. And I LOVE living right next to Konkle Park. Especially in summer when they have all their events happening!
