I live out Ashton Village Apartments! I been out here when it was name Chowan Trace, since this new company (Greenbrier Management) took over this property has gone down hill. I need to speak with someone from the HEAD OFFICE and I’m not sending no EMAILS. How can y’all take someone rent up that’s not signed a lease? I have a loved one who lives at Skyline Apartments. She has been forced to live with roaches and has been ignored when she asks that they take care of it. The staff is rude especially Selena who needs to get a new job if she doesn't like her current one
Horrible property management company. The do not care about the tenants and don't care if there is mold or roaches or how disgusting they are. Complaints go ignored and the staff is so rude and horrible. And the owner is so full of crap after reading her answer to the reviews. She is aware of the problems and don't do anything about it. Hi! We’ve tried to contact this management several times about the poor management and habilitation of your units. I’m gonna save the reviewers some time. They are rated F on the better business bureau. This is a family based business-they are rude untrained and unprofessional.All of the units have 2.4 or less review.
