We have lived in this complex for 7 years. Greenbrier took over in January 25. They have neglected to keep the hallways clean, poor maintenance, has recently gone up on rent 500+, requiring us to pay water and trash. What are we renting for? Our daughter has been experiencing a major leak in her ceiling since June 15. The ceiling is peeling and moldy. She has submitted five (5) maintenance requests with Greenbrier but still has no idea when her issues will be repaired. There is wet carpeting and floors both upstairs and downstairs in her unit. One of there maintenance employees hit my car and I am calling the company like 10 to 15 times and they still haven’t reached out to me and when I spoke to the manager she said they will call me back to work sum out but they never did plus they also heard my voice mails and still never called me back
RUN.... Do not pass go do not collect $200. I pay my rent on time and everytime I put a maintenance request in maintenance says they done it and they haven't. You can't reach out to the office or nothing. Let be late they want to threaten you and stuff. I can't wait to move cause they don't like loyalty
We moved into Riverwalk complex in March. We have called numerous times about the door. In order for us to leave our apartment we have to unlock the door and then go out to the patio and go around to the door and kick it in. The fix the door so it doesn’t shut and lock the patio door(which doesn’t have a screen) and get what we need and leave. Next problem which I have made calls about the leak from upstairs.
