I like the Dollar Stores and there are many good deals and values. However, do NOT buy their over mitts or pot holders. They are unsafe and need to pulled from the store. I recently purchased blue, paisley colored over mitts, UPC code 6 3927750977 2, I used them to pull a pan out of the over, and they melted. Luckily, i noticed in time before I was burned. Someone else might not be so lucky. - don't use them - they are for decoration only and not designed for real use in the kitchen

Being able to contact them on their website or by phone would be a GREAT improvement! I filled out their online form about their defective dog waste bags only to NOT be able to send the form after completion!!! NO ability to contact by phone either. You get disconnected every time after the prompts!!!

WARNING!!! The tool bench hardware Locking Pliers/ Pinces-etaux sliced my husband hand wide open were. He had stitches the tip of them was sharp the had pieces of metal sticking out of them. They were brand new out the pack!!

I bought your fragrance booster I used it and it wrecksed by brand new set of bamboo sheets I had to throw them out I am very very disappointed in your product I will never recommend your product to anyone
