Details of my experience huh. Well tonstart off they definitely did whatever they could to get me to agree to buy the car… and they tried to do it super fast. Was even willing to have the vehicle brought to me about 2 hours away. When I got there they had everything ready for me to sign and kinda rushed me through it. At the same time it was late and kinda rushed by situation. Greenbrier Chevrolet has consistently provided poor service, and if I had any other option, I wouldn’t return. Shortly after purchasing my truck, I noticed a shuddering issue. When I took it to their service department, they dismissed my concerns, saying it was just my tires. Over time, the shuddering worsened, and I was eventually told I needed a new transmission. We just bought a traverse and it was such an easy process! Noah was so helpful and made sure to get us into a good vehicle for the price we had in mind! They stayed late to accommodate us with no complaints or attitude changes. Everyone in the building was very welcoming and made sure to let my 5 yr old see and get into the “fast” cars inside. 10/10 recommend! We’ll be back for any future car-buying needs
