We moved here about seven months ago and we absolutely LOVE IT. Management is VERY responsive whenever we have any concerns (which we don’t really have hardly any!), and all the residents are super friendly. The laundry room is always clean and bright and, unlike most laundry places, all the washers and dryers work! I have lived here at Greenbrier for over 15 years. While these are older Apartments, they are well maintained,.Our manager, Lanette is always available & Louie in maintenence is prompt to fix the issues I have had, and he is friendly, doesn't act like I'm a bother when I request maintenance.
I've been living at Greenbrier Apartments for a while now, and I can honestly say I've never had a single problem since I moved in. A huge part of that is thanks to Louie in maintenance. He does an absolutely fantastic job keeping the entire place running smoothly. Taray was friendly, welcoming, and took her time walking me through everything without making me feel rushed. She answered all my questions and made the whole process feel easy.
