They Take a long time to fix things and still waiting on them to fix our ace and sink...lets not forget the parking everyone fights for when they are paying for the same parking!! It's insane!!! Does anyone know the emergency number to get this fix it's to hot for us

We moved here about seven months ago and we absolutely LOVE IT. Management is VERY responsive whenever we have any concerns (which we don’t really have hardly any!), and all the residents are super friendly. The laundry room is always clean and bright and, unlike most laundry places, all the washers and dryers work! The pool is kept sparkling clean, grass is green, courtyard common area typically has some sweet kids playing frisbee or creating pretty pictures with sidewalk chalk. I have lived here at Greenbrier for over 15 years. While these are older Apartments, they are well maintained,.Our manager, Lanette is always available & Louie in maintenence is prompt to fix the issues I have had, and he is friendly, doesn't act like I'm a bother when I request maintenance.
I've been living at Greenbrier Apartments for a while now, and I can honestly say I've never had a single problem since I moved in. A huge part of that is thanks to Louie in maintenance. He does an absolutely fantastic job keeping the entire place running smoothly. Whether it’s staying on top of routine maintenance, quickly replacing things that wear out, or taking the initiative to handle upgrades when needed, he always goes above and beyond.
