Coldwell Bank Property Management has been great to work with—super easy and professional. The apartment has a spacious open floor plan, nice updates, and the rent is very affordable. Highly recommend!

Just moved in and I don't know how the old management was, but Coldwell Bankers has done so well so far. The move in process was fast and easy. Ali, Lupita, and the other management ladies has been so sweet and helpful. The maintenance team has been very responsive and on time with my workorders. So far I love my cute little apartment. It is small, simple, and very affordable for a 2 bedroom. I find it very comfortable and homey.
Super nice apartment, newly remodeled. Property management is supportive and easy to work with. Nice neighbors.
