We lived there years ago. Keith and Sherry became our good friends, not just our landlords. They are amazing people, and shouldn't be taken for granted. Ever. Anyone would be lucky to find and live in this lovely little community.
Lived at this property a few times over the years and also at another property that was managed by the same staff. I never had any issues, felt they were responsive to my questions and maintenance needs. I also appreciated the knowledge level with the Maintenance person who was always willing to take a few extra minutes and either explain what he was doing or even add a few small things that weren't on the work requests. Great quite place,only the car dealership across the street is a nuisance. Managers Kieth and Sherry have been my Managers for almost too decades, here presently and a few other properties, They know how to keep the peace and very friendly. Greenbrier could use a modern update.
Lived here for ages, was a fantastic home through various points of my life. Management were very personable and reasonable.
