Just wanted to write a word about Josue being so awesome! He was timely and polite and patient and quiet! He came when he said he would and knocked quietly. He was patient and waited for me to get to the door. I have a toddler who was napping and a newborn and a cat and he was quiet, quick, and kind. He fixed all the things and answered my questions. Thank you Josue! Wish they were all like you!
The complex is beautifully maintained and kept incredibly clean, which shows how much the staff cares about their property and the residents experience. It's rare to find a complex that has balance a high standard of upkeep with such a warm, welcoming environment. The best part is simply the overall feeling of belonging it's a joy to come home to this community every day. If you're looking for a place that is more than just an apartment I highly recommend checking this community out
I really do like living here. Both Juliette and Carlee are helpful either via phone, email, or going into office. Maintenance has been able as soon as they are able to come assist us with whatever issue that comes up. Its a very homie vibe at Greenbrier. An extra star for having a groceries at walking distance. Forget an ingredient go ahead and just walk next door to the store. They do have rules of not parking in reverse for sure. I was towed my first night there but i too needed to read the signs that are posted everywhere... read more
Juliette & Carlee go above and beyond for their residents. Greenbrier at Tanasbourne is a great place to live :)
I live here 2 years but they don’t help much I moved from here near better apartment before you go here check out other places
