I live here 2 years but they don’t help much I moved from here near better apartment before you go here check out other places
Van got towed for being parked backwards and now I have to pay a $400 tow fine?! That insane. Was only a visitor and the complex still managed to make me pay. Put up signs if you want to enforce.
Maintenance supervisor here is within top three worst customers I've ever had to deal with as a vendor. If he treats his vendors like this imagine how he treats the residents
If you like having your water shut off every 4 months because they won't actually fix or replace the pipes then this is the apartment for you
They do not follow fair housing laws among MANY other issues. This is your warning to not move here. Management sucks. Spending more money literally anywhere else is better than living in this dump where they don’t care about you or health violations. I should have read/listened to the comments before making the worst mistake in moving here. Glad I’m no longer at Greenbrier. Terrible place. Miserable living.
