Front desk staff could be a little more friendly and patient on the phones and in person. Love both of the new doctors that are the new owners but sad to see Dr Grimm retire. Wouldnt take my 3 babies anywhere else.
My dogs are worst off because of negligence and Dr. Grimm using dirty needles... my dogs have never had any problems until Dr. Grimm!!! My Doberman Indiana 2 1/2 is going to have to be euthanized because of Dr. Grimm negligence.. $1000 spent and I have a dog that’s going to die and the other one has infection
I went and got my dogs ears cropped I wanted a short crop they did a long/show crop it's a nice cut jus not what I paid 500 for they said he has to wait a month to fix it becuz of the anesthesia we will see I don't feel as if I should have to pay Nething else for them to fix his ears it's there mistake is it not..... This was my first job, but I have always respected Dr. Grimm and the practice he runs. Even though I pass several vets on the way to Greenbriar, will always take my animals there! At least why Dr. Grimm is still there!!
Took my 7 month Great Dane in for a checkup and could not have been treated better. They checked her thoroughly and answered all of my questions completely. This is our first visit to a vet outside of the local humane society. This will be our regular vet now.
Took my puppy in because she had been sick and didn't seem to be feeling any better. The vet examined her and said she wanted to take an x-ray of her stomach. What ensued next was pure BS, as I heard horrific cries coming from the other room. I went in to see what was going on and the receptionist had my puppy pinned down with her elbow on her shoulder and had a fist full of her neck scruff, while the vet was holding her feet down.
