We signed a lease with the previous property management and they were awful. They let the buildings go into disrepair and moved us into a unit that had a leaking roof as well as mold. Since the new management has taken over, they have been making so many positive changes to the complex and have helped us significantly. Brandon and Dylan have been extremely attentive with our maintenance requests and are very respectful of our home. The office folks are awesome too. The maintenance guys are awesome. Super nice, helpful, and respectful. They’re always on top of any requests! Office staff has also been a great help if I needed anything.
My partner and I recently moved in, and after reading the reviews after signing our lease, we were nervous. We thought, “Oh no, what did we get ourselves into?” We are happy to share that, thus far, we have had a wonderful experience here. I assume that many of the negative reviews were from tenants who signed a lease with the previous management, who owned the property.
