I have lived here since I moved to Portland 5 years ago. Since it was bought out by a new company it has improved SO much in the last year! But most all the mantiance workers who work so hard to keep a clean area are AMAZING!!
Cascade Vista was a very convenient apartment to rent. Close to the city center, inexpensive and clean. The staff was always very helpful and communicative with all issues. They have a nice pool, workout room, pickle ball courts and several laundry rooms. Always felt comfortable here.
this new management company is certainly the best of the 7-8 I have had in the years I have lived here- - here's hoping it continues to improve
Seems like many of these 1 star reviews are from the pervious management company. The current company is great, and when I had a problem with my tub they fixed it. within 2 days a third-party contractor fixed the pipes in my tub.
