this new management company is certainly the best of the 7-8 I have had in the years I have lived here- - here's hoping it continues to improve
Seems like many of these 1 star reviews are from the pervious management company. The current company is great, and when I had a problem with my tub they fixed it. within 2 days a third-party contractor fixed the pipes in my tub.
Cascade Vista is at least the third management company of this property since I’ve lived here, and so far they’ve been the fastest to respond. They’ve taken great effort to improve the property, and they are so much easier to contact if there are any issues. My biggest complaint is the neighbors. The dog poop seems to have improved, but people still smoke on their balconies (on a smoke-free property) and leave their garbage gathering outside their doors.
