My mother who was very recently diagnosed with a Glioblastoma had the unfortunate experience of staying at Greenbriar. At the advise of her primary care doctors office my sister and I moved our mom from Blake Hospital to Greenbriar for continued PT/OT before she was to begin radiation and Chemotherapy. The staff at Greenbriar are exceptional or at least that was our experience. Amanda (admissions), Anthony (family services), and especially Bailey and her nursing colleagues were always available, provided excellent support, and demonstrated genuine compassion and care for both their patient (Mr. Bob) and his family. Greenbriar is not fancy or opulent, but overall, I found the facilities clean and appropriate to the type and volume of patients they serve. However, it was the staff that made the difference.
