I used to be employed here, and how they treat employees is just a reflection of how they treat the residents. My parents wouldn’t be caught in this nursing let alone any nursing home. The way they are treated is very wrong and broke my heart every day. They run the best employees off because they don’t know how to treat anyone or talk to them like they are a human being. Whenever you speak to the supervisor about it you just get into more trouble because she doesn’t “want to deal with it”. The place would be ran much smooth... read more
Patients who are bedridden do not have phones in their rooms for access to private family calls. Have tried to call for several days, leaving messages with nurses station and emailing the center without any return contact. Very unprofessional if you ask me.
On several visits to my Dad I've had my heartbroken everything ! Every single time I witnessed AT LEAST two older ppl in their wheelchairs slummed over in their wheelchairs sleeping. Totally DISCUSSTING ! I understand being shorthanded but I know better than everyday shorthanded ! If they don't have time for these ppl then new hires should be working. The facility is very clean .The staff is awesome and you can tell they love their patients they interact with the and have special activities for them to do as well
Thank you to Greenbriar for the excellent care they took of my Grandmother Laverne French during the last 2 1/12 years. It gave my mom, Marsha, comfort that she was staying in such an amazing staff with caring nurses.
