I am a previous Medicare patient of Greenbriar Dermatologist. I called to make appointment to with Dr. Rashid . Which when Dr. Bowden left he told me that Dr. Rashid would be taking over and spoke high of him. He also insured me that Dr Rashid would still take my insurance. I can't rate Dr. Rashid highly enough. Every time I come to Greenbriar I never have to wait and he is in my examination room almost immediately. His bedside manner is excellent. He is thorough and takes time to explain all of his diagnoses and answer any of my questions without being dismissive or condescending. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door and feel like my dermatologist actually cares about my condition. I cycled through two dermatologists prior to coming to Dr. Rashid, but his level of care is now the Go... read more
Awful experience. I arrive at office and was told because I was on Medicare they could not see me. I said I would happily pay. Office said Medicare regs did not permit that which is wrong Doctor refused to see me. First time I have ever felt discrimination because of my age.
