I had an excellent experience with my agent Trisha Williams. She recognized our needs, was accessible, friendly and helpful. Whether she had the authority to make changes or not she went up the chain of command to help resolve issues. My only negative comment is the shower stall installed by DR Horton which does not permit grab bars to be added. Since we are seniors, our options are to remove the current system and put in tiles or cut through dry wall to put backers. Both add expense unanticipated. I hope DR Horton can help ... read more
