Poor homes quality and impossible to get the warranty team to fix the issues.
Very knowledgeable. No sale gimmicks. Who was very straight to the point with all the pricing.
If I could give zero stars I would. The SALES team (Michelle) was amazing. After sales has been a nightmare.. flooded less than a month in due to failure in builder netting in sewer to keep debris out. Was told by Them it failed and only fix they did was a battery backup and I was told I need to put a homeowners claim in!! Never heard from anyone again, i was left hanging. False advertising for themselves. EVERY state they have built in there has been major lawsuits and complaints for faulty construction, inferior products used, not honoring their warranties etc. Customers who have bought new homes from D.R. Horton are dealing with massive problems. They feel unsafe in their own homes and the issues are taking a huge financial toll.
