It’s an older building, but I never had any serious issues.
I lived here for 2 years and had the best experience there. It’s a pretty quiet overall complex very peaceful. Anytime i ever had a maintenance request they were always completed in a timely manner. Vanessa with the leasing company is so nice and helpful with any questions that you could have. Overall such a great time at this apartment complex no complaints from me.
Absolute dive
If you contact the leasing office, ask for Vanessa. She is very nice, experienced, professional and you’re going to like her if you move here. I had family who lived here for ~25 yrs ago and use to visit here when I was in HS. I moved here about 10 yrs ago when I moved back to Houston because I remembered this was a very quite and convenient place. Vanessa took over about 2-3 years ago and it only has gotten better.
Review: 7000 Greenbriar/Greenbriar Bend Apts Location: Lived here 23yrs!!! Continue to do so and absolutely love the location!! Close to the Medical center, Rice village, gorgeous Hermann Park, and the Bus Transit center which makes every place super accessible!!
