Just like any place this place has its pros and cons. Pros 1. Affordable rent 2. Nice staff 3. Reasonable accommodations 4. Steadily developing and are trying 5. Nice people Cons 1. Trash over load - From my observation the trash seems to get out of hand due to maintenance staff throwing away large objects and neighboring apartments tossing their trash over the gate. 2.
