Greenbriar has been very kind and helpful whenever a problem or issue arises. The office manager helped me with a personal issue in a sympathetic and time efficient manner. They really care about their residents! Office staff is friendly and always willing to help, even the maintenance crew is not only kind and personable but thorough. Great job Greenbriar! Do not live here! All they care about is money and there’s roaches everywhere. Also the owner is no good. STAY AWAY!
This place literally deserves absolutely no stars what so ever. They always harass Tenants and always give false violations. Let alone the property itself is infested with cockroaches and get this… we moved there and we see cockroaches first thing, and ALSO YOU WILL be charged for it too. YOU WILL be charged. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would never advise anyone to move in here unless you love being harassed by management that does not actually care about anything other than money. We moved into a dirty apartment, no working fridge a TICK infestation in our back patio, and a cockroach infested apartment. Harassed since the day we moved in. Save your time money and sanity and listen to the reviews. The good reviews are clearly night reviews.
Run as far away from this place as you can. You will forever regret bringing your stuff into this place. If I could give negative stars I would seriously save your money, sanity and time you have been warned
