NEVER RENT FROM GREENBRIER. They are a terrible corporation that just wants to take your money away with overpriced rent and security deposit. Greenbrier overcharged be for my rent on my entire lease, while not even providing a decent apartment. I moved into a smoked smelling, dirty, and wall damaged apartment, and when I complained they did nothing about it. They are awful at communicating and have no symphony for you as a renter.
