Alec and Nick from Greenbox arrived when they said they would. They were polite and offered multiple solutions for our water leak. Both were extremely professional. Highly recommend. Both Alec and Nick came out today and completed our repairs. I am very satisfied with their work.

Caddo Downs from GreenBox Home Services (plumbing division) came to my rescue today. My basement flooded due to a faulty well and sump pump issue. Caddo was here within the hour, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the problem with professional integrity, skill, and knowledge. I highly recommend him, and would refer him to my own family and friends. I use GreenBox for all of their offered Home Services, and they have never failed me.

Green box technician Matt Tibbetts came in to my house due to me complaining about the new geothermal air handling unit they installed in my attic. He is very professional and respectful in diagnosing the problem of my unit.
