Terrible at answering the phone, very difficult to book appointments. Currently having a serious problem and I am unable to get ahold of the office. It's Friday at 9:12. PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE
I have not had a bad experience at this location , Dr Nassim always makes one feel comfortable and never rushes, he takes the time to ask if there is anything else that I am concerned about, and when my doctor is not there the other doctors have the same demeanour and level of care , I feel lucky to be a patient at this office
Nobody ever answers the phone, their booking policy and management is a mess
I appreciate my doctor who I've been a client of for many years and she gets 5 stars; as does Dr. Nassim and Dr. Yachnin who I saw briefly for an issue. However, the GFMC office administration could use some improvement. When I call during their opening hours which is misleading because they turn the phones on at 9am, not at 8am, I get a "this person is not taking calls at this moment." I have been a patient of the Greenboro family medicine centre and a patient of Dr.Yachnin since I was 16 years old. (I am now in my late 40’s. ( over 30 years) He has cared for my 2 sons and my daughter since their births. We all love him and consider him family and even when we moved, we continued the long bus trip from Orleans to see him. The waiting room is pleasant, the receptionists are hardworking and kind, and even though we wait a while after our appointment times, we know it will be worth it.
