Terrible experience. The walks from the parking lot into the building and from the elevator to the office are very long. The TV in the waiting room is blaring. Once inside, you can hear everything he tells the other patients -- which was, sorry I can't do anything - come back in 2 weeks. He told me to throw away my crutches, walk on my foot as much as possible and come back in 2 weeks. I went to another dr who gave me pain rx & ordered an MRI. I have a fracture.

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's office too cold? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one
