Do as you promise, why did we have to sort our own items when you state back up to the dock, let our automated sorter and counter do the work for you, spent 4 hours sorting our our items, and not paid the 6 1/2 cents, we even had the coupon. never again.

I was quoted one price and they failed to honor it after I had dissembled over 180 blinds and unloaded. They claimed it was a once in 5 year situation, but in my mind that should not make a difference. They should honor the price or listen more carefully. Would advice going to Weitsman instead.
I wasted my time sorting my metals because the guy who helped me just said it wasnt worth much and just threw everything into the steel pile so even though I had questioned him about sorting my aluminum and cast iron steel he said he couldn't remember the prices of those and just to throw it in the steel/tin pile. I feel as if I was ripped off...i won't be back, outside staff was friendly but the ones inside who weigh stuff for you, they could use some training...dont waste your time sorting if your going there and only expe... read more

sorry Valerie cupp was unhappy with our service - I took care of her personally, (owner todd greenblott) she had a few miscellaneous items all mixed together, such as 1 lbs. of aluminum, motors, 1/2 lbs of copper, and 99% tin, items with plastic etc. unfortunately all of the items had a value of 5 cents per pound, not enough value to sort out. she clearly was curb picking or binging items that most people would have put out for trash.
