Many mistakes. Matt's wife is exceptionally rude and abrasive. Customer Service here is awful. No apologies for gross errors. Still waiting for corrections. The last couple of years have been awful. I WAS a long term client. NEVER going back here again.
I will never do business here again which is a shame because I have a lot of respect for the accountant there but the office person (the accountant's wife) is incredibly rude!!! It's sad that I'm reading more and more reviews stating the same... Word of mouth goes a long way...
did my taxes this year and I understand mistakes happen but when I mentioned it to the office person was less than cordial or even apologized and told me I could go someplace else.... guess maybe I will!
Matt has done our taxes for over 10 years and has given exceptional tax service. I need to make a comment about my conversation with the woman on the phone today March 6th, 2014. I realize I am writing this because I am working through the process of grief, because of the death of my father. (They have also done my fathers taxes for many years.)
