Tashia and Jeff are amazing. They curate the ring shopping experience personally to you and your partner. Ring shopping can be stressful and this company makes it so fun! Would recommend anyone jewelry shopping to stop in. The communication is 10/10 whether you have a quick question or need a long explanation. They also have amazing hours that accommodate most working jobs. Currently staring at my engagement and wedding band smiling, the quality is fantastic!
We had an excellent experience at the Sioux City location. We were greeted at the door and met with excitement when we told them we were there to look at engagement rings. We were helped by Jacob and I can’t recommend him enough. He was patient, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. As an inexperienced jewelry shopper he made it a fun and comfortable process. They have a wide selection and are able to make customizations to build exactly what you’re looking for. Will be returning in the future. 5 stars
I visited Greenbergs to have a necklace repaired that accidentally got pulled from my neck so hook needed fixing. Jacob A greeted me and was so helpful checked with the repair person got it fixed out the door in less than 10 minutes without charges! I told Jacob I had just been at a competitor who were going to keep it a week or MORE and charge me $40. I had been a customer of theirs previously but will not be any longer. Thank you Jacob for your great service would recommend Greenbergs!!
