I entered the store to ask if the worn-through shank on a pinky ring could be repaired for our 101 year old friend. She had worn it every day since purchasing it in the downtown JCPenney store! The staff was going to send her ring in to repair, noting the lady’s age on the ticket. They understood the sentimental value of the ring, and would do their best to make our friend pleased.
