I cannot believe what just happened. I was calling Greenberg to get a part for my heater which they were supposed to order in and told me it would be there by today. So I was calling to get the part and the first time I called they did not answer. So I figured somebody was on the phone so I called back a woman answers and the first thing she says is we're closed.
