I called 5 days ago to see if they had a piece for my heater in stock. They looked it up and said they had the right piece and had one in stock. I drove over the bridge from south Jersey to get it, brought it home and started to install it when we realized it was no the correct piece. We immediately stopped and put it aside to return. The return policy is 5 days and 20% restocking fee. I drove back to Delaware (paying for gas and tolls again) to return it and they wouldn’t accept it.
