This doctor performed a rhinoplasty on me when I was younger. He did not take my request for subtlety into consideration and completely reshaped the nose and profile against my specific directions. The aggressive work resulted in my nose collapsing and he refused to acknowledge his mistakes. Now I am looking at a $25k revision bill. If this doctor had listened to me from the beginning I would not be in this position. His arrogance led to this situation.
My wife is a registered nurse who has witnessed Dr Greenberg in the hospital for years and strongly suggested I use him for my surgery. He was great... very straight forward and direct. None of the usual equivocations or "well it depends." His follow up was on target and prompt and his explanations prior to surgery were precise and exactly what I experienced. I highly recommend against becoming a patient of Dr. Greenberg. He lacks respect for his patients and tries to dominate by using intimidation tactics. He is pompous and arrogant, especially when questioned and reminded that the patient is in control of the choices made in regards to the services performed, and becoming educated of insurance coverage.
