Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

No Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Dr Greenberg is an extraordinarily caring and well trained doctor. He makes sure every single question I have is answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. He came in on major holidays to care for my cat when my cat was critically ill. His staff is the most friendly and welcoming--I have one of his assistants care for my pets in my home when I am away. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
