Had pain on and off. Went there twice and doctor didn’t think I needed root canal. He didn’t want to do procedure needlessly. Told me to return when I had a steady toothache. I did; and it turns out that it was an infection, which did not require root canal. Dr. helped clear infection. Feeling much better! Everyone in office very friendly, as well!
Dr. Greenberg works very fast. I have had 3 visits and he has failed to correct the problem with my tooth. He does not seem to have the latest technology in his office. Now, he wants me to go back for a 4th visit on an emergency basis and has prescribed an antibiotic and a strong pain killer. However, I am hesitant to return to his practice.
went here for consultation and see if I need root canal on one of my teeth that my general dentist suggested to have the root canal done. I explained the reason for my visit; they never asked me for referral from my dentist or tooth number, and guess what? After being in lots of pain after the root canal was done, I found out, they did the root canal on another tooth not the one I needed the root canal done. This place is really bad. DO NOT GO THERE. Dr. Greenberg is excellent doctor. He is very positive, nice, and very professional doctor. I like his work very much. I would highly recommend him. Also the office is very close to subway and office environment is clean and comfortable and office staff was friendly and very flexible with the appointment.

BAIT AND SWITCH PRICES!!!! Get everything in writing beforehand I owed $220 one week, and at the followup visit, they said it was $1358 that I owed. Before making the appointment, I gave them all insurance info so they could give me an accurate price. She said the insurance gave her this: the procedure was $1,000, insurance would pay 80%, my out of pocket was $220. I paid this exact amount at the first visit. Doctor does communicate well with the patient or explain with what is going on. The secretary in the front and the doctor have no compassion for the patient. Only out to make money.
If you need a second opinion about a root canal, this is your place.
Front desk Person is not friendly does not communicate with Patients and expect you to know it all. Having a root canal procedure done is a nerve wracking experience, worse than that is to deal with the front desk person, I don't want to mention her name since I don't want her to lose her job, but I hope she gets the message . Treating people disrespectfully will get back to you one way or the other.
