Always professional and informative.
Had received a text from them which read Tobe there at 12:30 for 1:00 appointment. I was there at 12:30 and on their door entrance was a sign reading that at lunch until 12:45. What!?! Also, wanted you to complete medical hx, meds. etc. online which was very user unfriendly especially to say what language and ethnicity you are, medicine was terrible, also. Then, they still have you do all this again on paper when you get there!! It took me 30 minutes which would have been fine if they were open at 12:30, since my appointment... read more
