They are getting a 2 vs none due to the doctor was amazing let’s start with the moment we walk on appointment is at 8 am we are there at 8 am new patient I get it takes longer I understand that hence why I didn’t schedule my next appt until 11 mind you did X-rays and consult 10:15 am I am still in waiting room waiting for a cleaning that should have be done at 9 my daughter was seen I should have been right after instead they pull 4 other patients back and due to other obligations now have to reschedule annoyed but what made... read more
Be careful with this office. They give you a quote and then send a bill to your house giving stating another amount. Even after you pay at the office the quote they gave you first.
I just had a cleaning done by Maria. It literally took 5 minutes. She was aweful. The cleaning was not thorough, she did not floss my back teeth, just the front and did not brush at the end. My teeth felt the same way as when I went in. The front desk clerks were rude and sarcastic. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will never come back.

The worst bedside manner ever. It took the dentist over 30 minutes to come see me, and when the dentist finally showed up, she was too busy talking to the medical assistant about her private life to even acknowledge my existence. She didn’t introduce herself or ask for my name she just told me to open my mouth. She checked my teeth for maybe three seconds told the Dental assistant to take pictures and I never saw her again no hello no goodbye nothing.
