The worst bedside manner ever. It took the dentist over 30 minutes to come see me, and when the dentist finally showed up, she was too busy talking to the medical assistant about her private life to even acknowledge my existence. She didn’t introduce herself or ask for my name she just told me to open my mouth. She checked my teeth for maybe three seconds told the Dental assistant to take pictures and I never saw her again no hello no goodbye nothing. i felt racially profiled, i was denied service even though i had called ahead and made an appointment the receptionist looked me up and down and denied me of service. she was African-American
The colored lady at the front desk took out her aggravation of not being able to get the insurance company on the line in order to approve other patients at first they wanted to turn me away, but then I was told to sign forms while signing forms for my autistic child I was told to exit the office and do so outside or in my car mind you I came on an Uber so I had my autistic child running up and down outside while trying to fill out forms why I did not walk away I don’t know.
