I've had trouble with my mouth ever since I went there, not recommended
False misleading information on their automated message via phone regarding emergency dental walk ins being available. THEY DO NOT OFFER EMERGENCY DENTAL SERVICE. When I arrived, 2 people at front desk DID NOT DISCLOSE the information of no longer providing emergency walk in care when I told them I needed the tooth pulled today. They have an oral surgeon listed in the MetLife directory. When you call to set an appointment the call center is not aware that the surgeon no longer comes to this location, they're in Tampa now. So they scheduled me, billed my insurance for a consultation, then told me after that there is no surgeon in this office and I have to find my own or travel to Tampa to see theirs.
