The last two times I’ve come for a pediatric appointment I’ve had to wait an hour past our appointment time just to be called back! I don’t understand the appointment time if you arnt going to be called back when your supposed to .
When your orthodontist office suggests clipping your child’s wire with a nail clipper bc they are “so booked” they can’t see you for close to a month & they can’t update your payment info on the phone even though you have tried 5x w 4 voicemails.... and a new tooth is coming in on top of the wire..... thanks Greenberg! 🙄

They have an insurance plan that has saved me a lot of money
they kept my 7 year old waiting almost an hour for his appointment then refused to deal with the fact he was extremely anxious. Claimed he was misbehaving just because he has an ADHD and Autism diagnosis but really he was clinging to my husband in terror. Front office very condescending to my husband and felt they had to explain what sedation meant to him. Was basically told to call our insurance and find another dentist. Problem is we have crappy dental coverage where the ONLY choice is Greenberg. Did not have these problem... read more
This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and welcoming and Dr. Lee is fantastic ! I highly recommend this place! They also rock out to great music! They really make kids feel very comfortable especially your first trip there. What a great experience!
