⚠️ Never go to this place! They are completely unorganized and have zero respect for their patients’ time. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, thinking everything was set for my routine 6-month cleaning. I even came early with my husband for his appointment, hoping they might see me sooner. I walked out of an appointment after waiting forty five minutes for an appointment. They are not accredited through BBB .
Big time scam , poor job and poor communication, they are there to take your money and that's it . Never going back or recommend this place to anyone!

First appt was frustrating . I believe I was the only patient there & spent the majority of 90 min waiting in the dental chair by myself . The dentist's diagnosis was fair & reasonable but I really don't appreciate waiting needlessly for service .
My husband and I have been patients for 2 years. The last 2 times I called for a checkup appointment, it took me numerous calls and messages to get an appointment. In march, I know I called and left a message 3-4 times before I finally got a call back. I just called twice in the last 2 weeks for an appointment. Dentist is great, front very rude , never call you back when leave messages and they don’t answer the phone. Been waiting f a call back for authorization approval they were supposed to have month and half ago. They probably never even sent it, they were very rude. Leesburg office front desk is awful, you can’t get to the Dr without them doing their job
Interacting with customers is the most important part of Greenberg Dental especially at busy times, clerks are over-worked often time. But someone did her best in helping regardless of pressure, she is Jenny Romaro; I noticed that many times so I usually wait for her being free to come by asking for help, and as expected I got the best help.
