I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this dental clinic. I initially went in for a simple cavity between two molars. Based on the X-ray, the cavity did not appear severe. However, the dentist proceeded with a root canal and rebuilt the tooth for a crown. After the crown scan, I was told I needed crown lengthening surgery, which I agreed to. I had been a patient at Greenberg Dental for several years, but my most recent experience left me extremely disappointed. Because both of my parents passed away close together, I missed one of my routine six-month cleanings during a very difficult period in my life. When I finally returned for my appointment, I was told I needed a “special paste” during the cleaning that would cost an additional $60. Was there last week to get my root canal. Very friendly staff N they made sure I was very comfortable. Procedure was Pain free. Definitely recommend.

Very unprofessional. I waited almost an hour for my appointment (got there 15 minutes early) and I went back to the desk and apparently "oh, someone forgot to check you in)... like what?? if i could leave 0 stars i would.
