Poor customer service and definitely they do not follow up. And theafter hours answering services is a joke. The Dr never calls back. Update today is Monday 02/24/25. After me calling this past weekend they just decided to call back today Monday 02 24 25. Really and I had to call today earlier to get my prescription because no one did follow up like they said they were going to do. I had to go and pick the prescription from the office . 2 stars because of the receptionist, they need customer service skills, basically if you schedule an appointment and if they happen to drop the ball, they will blame you and treat you like crap for the mistakes they made, once you get to the back it’s smooth sailing the dentist are great but I guess everything can’t be perfect
Absolutely worst customer service for in-network 2 crowns. Young lady at front desk gave me an appointment for the crowns, but when I went in next week to ask for a billing estimate, she told me I had to first have a consultation, even though the root canals were done by their office. Then she misquoted my insurance coverage to charge me extra up front, when United Health the entire pricedure was covered at no cost to me. They give you the runaround. I'm excited to share that getting my kids into the dentist here was the most hassle-free and painless process EVER! Shay answered the phone, and she was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and super-courteous. I had some general questions about orthodontics for my daughter, and she was awesome in giving me a brief rundown of what to expect at their appointment, and how their referral process works.
