I had been a patient at Greenberg Dental for several years, but my most recent experience left me extremely disappointed. Because both of my parents passed away close together, I missed one of my routine six-month cleanings during a very difficult period in my life. When I finally returned for my appointment, I was told I needed a “special paste” during the cleaning that would cost an additional $60. Was there last week to get my root canal. Very friendly staff N they made sure I was very comfortable. Procedure was Pain free. Definitely recommend.
Very unprofessional. I waited almost an hour for my appointment (got there 15 minutes early) and I went back to the desk and apparently "oh, someone forgot to check you in)... like what?? if i could leave 0 stars i would.
Very unprofessional, immature young girls work there .Constantly playing an laughing instead of working. Questions that should be asked over the phone they wait until you get there to ask. So that means I wasted time and money for gas . Floor n bathroom dirty early in the morning, just nasty lazy workers.
Yeah I’m gonna go ahead & trust these reviews honestly for me, I feel like they’re very money hungry… it would’ve been nice if I read these reviews before I wasted my time I had an X-ray did here unfortunately I have to take $90 as a lost 😠….apparently they offered to send me to another location where they suppose to do a consultation for $45 so what was the point of paying for an X-ray good thing I didn’t call off from wrk yeah don’t waste you’re time or $$$
