Clearly a money-making business with little respect for patients. I had to make multiple calls to get an appointment. At that appointment I waited over 45 minutes to be seen. Dzung Nguyen then told me I would not be treated because I was considered noncompliant for refusing treatment I could not afford. He then banned me from the practice because I had the audacity to check out a more conveniently located dental office.
I would give them zero stars if possible. Dzung Nguyen (dentist) just told me I was 'noncompliant' because I chose NOT to do procedures I could not afford. He then said that because I had the audacity to check out a dental office that was closer, and significantly more convenient for me, that I was an undesirable patient. He refused to treat me and banished me from the office. I hope his little power play satisfied him but pray that he learns compassion and humility.
