The most rude customer service that I have experienced in along time. All I was asking for was an oral surgeon that my general dentist had referred me to them. That’s the only reason why I even called them. I don’t know what services you offer nor do I know what doctors are working there. I’m only going off of what my Referral says.
Love love loveeeee this office. I started coming when Dr. Patel was here and she was amazing. Now Dr. Munro is here and he is just as great. Highly recommend! They are very upfront about insurance and payment information, they make sure you understand everything, and they make it so painless.
today 08/20/2019 I go in for my appointment for impressions to get my dentures done, and before this appointment I was seen by Dr.Anisha Patel with complaints of pain on my upper right side teeth / bridge , Xrays were done and also Dr.Anisha checked out my teeth , I had no options but to remove them and get a upper denture , when I go today a really nice nurse took me in , and did Soft impressions , without causing any pain to me , when I was walking out the door Dr.Anisha calls me back to the exam room and tells me she has ... read more
