Had a implant started, she keeped opening it up and taking my money. Than they stopped taking our insurance and we were left with no implant just the post. She did call us and is going to make it right. Please call us back.
I came in at 130pm and when I walked in the office Fran had this unwelcoming look on her face like she didn’t want to help me I’ve been in customer service for 20 years of my life and that’s not the way you treat a patient customer or even person Sheenah margarita and Maggie is always polite but Fran always have this unwelcoming attitude she needs to fix that or be put behind the scene
Dr. Ramez Fidy is a careless Dentist he goes into the room doesn't greet the patient he doesn't talk with the patient I'm 73 yr. Old and after grinding down my tooth he realized the tooth needed a root canal because of all the pain I endure while waiting for a crown for approximately 2 weeks I lost weight because I couldn't eat, and after only a hour the provisional crown fell off he let his assistant deal with the ongoing issues that arised after paying for the crown I could not wear because of the pain and discomfort it ha... read more
The Dental assistant was amazing with my son he is five and she made him feel super comfortable He really liked her Pokémon cap
