Made an appointment for an ortho consult after WEEKS of trying to get through on the phone (that should have been clue number one) don’t bother calling no one picks up the phone or returns your calls. Got there for a scheduled consult and waited about an hour and 20 minutes before going back. In the time of waiting they were unable to verify my insurance and I don’t think they cared they gave me wrong insurance information. They never answer the phone and when you leave a message they never return your calls. Billing office is horrible. Customer service is the worst! Would not recommend this place for that reason. The dentists and all the dental technicians are not the problem, haven’t had any issues so far with that side of it.
This place is crazy I have my kids in braces and their braces have constant problems we are watching what they eat and they are doing things by the book but my friends son has his braces somewhere else and he doesn’t abide by rules and never has problems. Quite possibly the worst dental office in the state of Florida. Dr. Ramez Fidy is an absolute trainwreck. I would never recommend anyone to make an appointment there. Its like a cattle call, there only objective is to get you in and out of there so fast, in order to give horrible care to the next person waiting. They dont actually complete any exams or perform treatment, they only take x-rays and use those to give opinions. They don’t return emergency calls. I tried 3 times over 2 days and finally had to just show up at their office to have them fix a temporary crown they placed on that came off. I’ve been in terrible pain for a week because this entire process and I still have a week or more to go!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fidy for the past four years and I am so pleased with the service I receive from Checking in to checking out. This past week Autumn took my x-rays and she was so pleasant, love seeing young professionals with amazing attitudes. I have Anxiety around going to the dentist, but Dr. Fidy’s staff couldn’t be any nicer. Absolutely the best dentist office I have ever been too. They are amazing with my children and myself as well. Dr. Ramez Fidy is the best and the nurse Stephanie is absolutely amazing. They treat everyone incredible. I will never go to another dentist. I would and will refer this dentist to any and everyone. Never been disappointed and they take their time with each patient and explain and answer every question. Also I go to the winter haven office.
