I went in today for a 7:30 am appointment. It was 8:10 am and still no call. I went to counter complained get into a room with my daughter. Then we were moved to another room waited another 20 minutes for the dentist to come in and do a consult for 2 minutes. No apologies, or anything. Mind it 6 people went ahead of us and we had an appointment. Very dissapointed.
Horrible experiences here. They schedule too many patients at once. The waiting is ridiculous and they herd you in like cattle. Its like youre not even a person, but a number. I waited over 30 minutes for my daughter to be seen, then another two hours while she was treated for one cavity. . This place is hands down the worst dental experience ever. They need to be reminded that they are treating people, not cattle.
Every time I go to Greenberg Dental at Bartram Park, I leave incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. The level of customer service is extremely poor. What upsets me most about their customer service is that they don't acknowledge their patients. Patients are simply treated as another number to the staff. It's like an assembly line. They overbook appointments and make patients wait at least 45 - 60 minutes in the lobby before they are even called back into an exam room. The staff are very helpful, accommodating and knowledgable. Dr Antony provided me with complete information and options while making me feel extremely comfortable and confident in her abilities. She had a very difficult root canal to complete and did an excellent job. She has the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. I highly recommend this dental practice & Dr Antony to everyone, Especially if you have any dentist fears. I can't say enough about how great this all went ... as far as dental experiences go.
