It is an excellent place; I am very grateful to everyone for their care. Whenever I come with my children, we are made to feel welcome; they explain every step of the procedure in detail, and they speak both English and Spanish. The facility is clean and pleasant, and they use technology to ensure everything goes smoothly. I would undoubtedly recommend it 100%.

Dr. Cannon was unprofessional and very aggressive in his recommendations. I got a second opinion the next day from a dentist in Jax Beach and I was told that he is known for recommending unnecessary dental work. If you look at the other reviews, it’s true. You can’t get your tooth or your money back once he has done the work. And he doesn’t care, he just wants your money.

I came here because one side of my permanent retainer came loose, and I needed it re-bonded. They were only willing to replace the entire thing, and wanted to charge me $200 to remove the old one, and $700 to install a new one! It felt like they only wanted to upsell me, rather than do what was best for me. I instead went to a different orthodontist, and had it repaired for $60. This place was clearly trying to capitalize on the situation and over charge for a simple repair.

They never answer the phones, It is highly inconvenient and unprofessional that its impossible to get ahold of anyone at the front desk to make an appointment.
