Worst costumers service from front office to other staff
Appointment scheduled for 8:45, it’s been over an hour (9:50), and I’m still waiting… The lack of transparency is concerning. Would not recommend. The excuse given was a difficult patient before me that was scheduled at 7:30. How professional.
It is an excellent place; I am very grateful to everyone for their care. Whenever I come with my children, we are made to feel welcome; they explain every step of the procedure in detail, and they speak both English and Spanish. The facility is clean and pleasant, and they use technology to ensure everything goes smoothly. I would undoubtedly recommend it 100%.
